Touchstone Accessories require an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic and successful fashion jewellery team to drive sales nationally and internationally. The business requires a fashion focused individual, with a strong understanding of jewellery trends and product, with good business contacts to identify and grow new opportunities, and strengthen the existing accounts. Working closely with the CEO, Creative Director and a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow the wholesale and concessions accounts by building existing client relationships and developing new potential opportunities nationally and internationally.
• Understanding and managing the critical path to meet client drop dates.
• Working closely with the design team to cover specific client design requirements, to fulfil customer briefs.
• Working closely with the concessions buying team to utilize sales information across accounts to develop stronger ranges.
• Confident at presenting in customer meetings.
• Excellent knowledge of costings and price negotiations with buyers.
• Ability to liaise with staff, and management at all levels.
• Coordinating with our Far East team.

Key Skills:

• Good contacts with high street accounts and jewellery/accessories buyers.
• Supplier background essential with at least 5 years’ experience required.
• Understanding jewellery sourcing, manufacturing, testing and QC requirements.
• Ability to communicate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels, across the business.
• Ability to manage under pressure and problem solve to find a positive solution.
